My name is Tabatha Tipton, and I am a fine arts graduate with concept and character design experience, who is a self-starter looking for the opportunity to work at your company.

My personal process starts with research of the source materials and doing quick sketches, either on 3x3 sticky notes or in Photoshop, to start the concept flowing and refining based on feedback from peers and leads. I am adamant about taking the critique given and applying to my designs quickly and iterating on the product until leads are satisfied. I then finish the designs with either full model sheets for characters and props or illustrations for environments in Photoshop.  I take critique seriously, and will quickly input any changes requested of me. I may not be strong in some areas, but that does not mean i will not at least try to do what i am asked to, and i am very open to learning new processes.
