Each Horsmane rein over a territory governed by the 7 deady sins.

Death is equivalent of the Emporer as highest power. The others are of a military General status.
War governs over Pride, Wrath, and Envy. Pestilence governs over Sloth and Lust. Famine governs over Green and Gluttony. 

Each Horseman also has a Karasu Tenger for a messenger.
